Information collected on the website

The website may collect information you choose to provide, including:

• Email address for early access, launch updates, product updates, and Early Stage Pricing information.
• Name, email address, feedback type, title, message details, and optional screenshot or reference links when you submit feedback.
• Email address and message contents when you contact SOTFUL at whenwhere@sotful.com.

Information used by the app

The WhenWhere app may use account, profile, subscription, place, device, internet-test, and location or presence information to provide its core features. This includes helping you understand places to work from, your own presence history, and, as the product evolves, professional availability and connection features. App account creation and sign-in may use LinkedIn authentication.

Map display

When you open a map, WhenWhere downloads map tiles, fonts and icons directly from OpenFreeMap and its content delivery providers. These providers receive your IP address, technical request information and the map areas requested. The viewed area may be near your device location when you use location-based map controls. WhenWhere does not send your account identifier, place ratings, Internet Test results or location history to the map provider. The map renderer may cache downloaded resources locally on your device to improve loading.

OpenFreeMap describes its request processing and retention in its privacy policy. Its service is subject to OpenFreeMap’s terms. WhenWhere’s handling of device location for presence and other features is described separately in this policy; the map integration does not replace those disclosures.

How information is used

SOTFUL uses collected information to operate WhenWhere, respond to messages, review feedback, improve the product, manage early-access interest, provide launch and product updates, support subscriptions, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

SOTFUL does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website, forms, email, app infrastructure, analytics, authentication, subscriptions, hosting, and support workflows. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or to protect SOTFUL, WhenWhere, users, or the public.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you provided through the website by emailing whenwhere@sotful.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing or update emails using any unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting SOTFUL.

Retention and security

SOTFUL keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, accounting, or operational reasons. SOTFUL uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet or mobile service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

WhenWhere is intended for professional and adult users. It is not directed to children under 13, and SOTFUL does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
